SAT - Day 1. SAN SALVADOR

SUN - Day 2. SAN SALVADOR
Breakfast. Departure to star the city tour, we will visit the monuments, places and important buildings as the Metropolitan Cathedral, National Palace and National Theatre, located in the heart of San Salvador. We will also visit the Museum of the Image and the Word, which is aimed at the time of the civil war in El Salvador, which lasted 12 years up to 1992 when The Peace Accords were signed as a result of negotiations between the government and the guerrillas and with the intervention of the UN. Visit the Crafts Market and one of the malls in San Salvador; in the evening we will go to Los Planes de Renderos, where there is a spectacular panoramic view of San Salvador lighted at night. MON - Day 3. SAN SALVADOR – SUCHITOTO
Breakfast. Departure to the Department of Cuscatlan, where we will visit towns as San Sebastian, a city dedicated to weaving thread into textiles using a loom. After this visit, we will go to Ilobasco, characterized by handicrafts in clay. We will finish our tour in Suchitoto, in Nahuat language it means "Place of flower bird,” this having been a town founded by the colonizers and even retains its cultural and architectural heritage. TUE - Day 4. SUCHITOTO – APANECA
Breakfast. Departure to start a tour boat at Suchitlan Lake, there we will visit the Island of The Birds. Then we will visit the Santa Lucia Church, built in 1853. Visit the Alejandro Coto´s House/Museum, where there is a small art gallery with more than 130 quite old paintings, a library with 200 years existence books. Then we continue the park where we can see and appreciate the fabulous and impressive Suchitlán Lake, which was formed in 1973, as a result of the construction of the Cerrón Grande hydroelectric dam on the Lempa River cause. In the afternoon, we will drive to the archaeological discovery of greater importance over the past 50 years throughout Latin America, Joya de Ceren, declared World Heritage by the UNESCO. This site on the Maya Route was preserved by the ashes of the eruption of the volcano Laguna Caldera 1400 years ago, where we can see the way of life of our ancestors, which is very important in the Maya Route, also known as Mesoamerican route. When we finish this visit, we will move to San Andres, ceremonial center where we can appreciate several pyramids, some mounds and Historical Museum. Transfer to Apaneca. Accommodation.
WED - Day 5. APANECA - SAN SALVADOR
Breakfast, This day we will go to the route of flowers and coffee, starting with a walk into the Gordinflones or Monoliths of Santa Leticia, very old archaeological vestiges; then we will visit the Finca El Carmen, where we learn the entire process of coffee, from planting to selection to become one of the most exquisite gourmet coffees, we will have a taste of it. Then we will continue our visit by he town of Ataco, which is pre-Columbian, visit here the church and craft shops in the area, then we will drive to Juayúa, where we will visit the church of Cristo Negro (Black Christ), the park and handicraft shops, then we will visit Nahuizalco. Nahuizalco meaning “the Four Izalcos,” visit the church and some of the handicraft shops, characterized by work in wood and reeds. Return to San Salvador. Overnight.
THU - Day 6. SAN SALVADOR - AIRPORT.
Breakfast at the hotel and at the time indicated transfer to the airport.

SAB - Día 1. SAN SALVADOR

DOM - Día 2. SAN SALVADOR
Desayuno. Salida para hacer un recorrido por la ciudad, visitaremos los monumentos, las plazas y edificios importantes como la Catedral Metropolitana, Palacio Nacional y Teatro Nacional, ubicados en el centro histórico de San Salvador. También visitaremos el Museo de la Imagen y la Palabra, el cual esta orientado a la época de la Guerra civil en El Salvador, la cual duro 12 años, hasta que en 1992 se firmaron los acuerdos de paz como resultado de las negociaciones entre el gobierno y la guerrilla con intervención de la ONU. Visita del Mercado de Artesanías y uno de los Centros comerciales de San Salvador; ya entrando la noche haremos un recorrido por Los Planes de Renderos, donde hay una panorámica nocturna espectacular del Gran San Salvador iluminado. en Restaurante de la zona.

LUN - Día 3. SAN SALVADOR - SUCHITOTO
Desayuno. Salida hacia el Departamento de Cuscatlán, donde visitaremos Pueblos artesanales como San Sebastián, ciudad dedicada a los tejidos utilizando telar de palanca. Después de esta visita, iremos a Ilobasco, que se caracteriza por sus artesanías en Barro, finalizando nuestro recorrido en Suchitoto, cuyo nombre Náhuat significa en castellano “Lugar del pájaro flor”, habiendo sido esta villa fundada por los colonizadores y que aun conserva su patrimonio cultural y arquitectónico. MAR - Día 4. SUCHITOTO - APANECA
Desayuno, a la hora indicada, salida para hacer un recorrido en lancha por el Lago de Suchitlán, visitando la Isla de Los Pájaros. Luego continuaremos para hacer una visita del pueblo, y visitaremos La Iglesia de Santa Lucia, construida en 1853. Visitaremos la Casa Museo de Alejandro Coto, donde podrán observar de una pinacoteca con más de 130 cuadros, con libros de 200 años de existencia. Luego continuaremos hasta el parque desde donde podremos observar y apreciar el impresionante Lago de Suchitlán, el espejo de agua más grande del país formado en 1973 debido a la construcción de la Represa Hidroeléctrica del Cerrón Grande en el cause del Río Lempa. Por la tarde, saldremos rumbo al descubrimiento arqueológico de mayor importancia durante los últimos 50 años en toda América Latina, Joya de Cerén, declarado por la UNESCO patrimonio de la Humanidad; este sitio arqueológico de la Ruta Maya fue preservado por las cenizas de la erupción del Volcán Laguna Caldera hace 1400 años, donde podremos ver la forma de vida de nuestros antepasados, por lo que es considerado muy importante en la Ruta Maya, también conocida como Ruta Mesoamericana. Luego nos desplazaremos a San Andrés, centro ceremonial precolombino, donde podremos apreciar varias estructuras piramidales, algunos montículos y el Museo histórico. Finalmente nos trasladaremos para Apaneca. Alojamiento.
MIE - Día 5. APANECA – SAN SALVADOR
Desayuno, Este día haremos la ruta de las Flores y el café, iniciando con una caminata hacia Los Gordinflones o Monolitos de Santa Leticia, vestigios arqueológicos muy antiguos; luego haremos una visita a la Finca el Carmen, donde apreciaremos todo el proceso de café, desde su siembra hasta su selección para convertirlo en uno de los cafés gourmet más exquisitos, tendremos una degustación. Posteriormente haremos una visita del pueblo de Ataco, el cual es de origen precolombino fundado por tribus pipiles; aquí visitaremos la iglesia y una de las tiendas artesanales, posteriormente iniciaremos nuestro descenso hacia Juayúa, donde visitaremos la Iglesia del Cristo Negro, el parque y sus tiendas de artesanías, luego nos trasladaremos hacia Nahuizalco. Nahuizalco significa “los Cuatro Izalcos”, visitaremos su iglesia y algunas de las tiendas de artesanías, la cuales se caracterizan por su trabajo en madera y mimbre. Regreso a San Salvador. Alojamiento.
JUE - Día 6. SAN SALVADOR - AEROPUERTO.
Desayuno en el Hotel y a la hora indicada salida hacia el aeropuerto.
